Besart Morina

As a trainer and consultant, he practices an interactive style of learning with lots of games and fun ensuring maximum participation and involvement

Besart has been involved in training and development for the last 20 years of his career delivering training to leader’s academy of Kosovo protection corps, youth organization leaders, and banking and retail sector staff, in general. He has coordinated the training and development assessment center of ProCredit bank Kosovo and established training unit and designed specific entry training program in TEB bank Kosovo.

He has also extensive experience in recruiting, assessing, coaching, and developing new entries and specific job candidates, specifically ones involved in the training field.

He has designed a range of coursesand training programs in banking, retail and train the trainer program. These involved the pool of future trainers in the most effective way of teaching as well as employability skills training including adaptability (code of conduct), leadership, effective communication skills, and presentation skills.

As a trainer and consultant, he practices an interactive style of learning with lots of games and fun ensuring maximum participation and involvement, thereby not only making the training extremely effective, but an enjoyable experience for all who are involved. His approach: information and emotions, creating long term memory.

Work Experience

20 years direct experience in training and development of training courses.

Specific training topics have included:

  • Instructor training program – leader’s academy
  • Value based leadership – participatory style of leadership (youth organization)
  • Training course on code of conduct, young bankers’ program, and new entries
  • Training courses related to the development of employability skills (i.e. motivation, teamwork, adaptability)
  • Training on a variety of soft skills including time management, communication skills, presentation skills and a variety of other bespoke courses as required.
