Engaged, among other things, in her profession and orientation on the development and training of young people, Blerina considers that being a coach is an art, and this makes her feel involved in teaching projects as one of her priorities in life.

The first projects at the beginning of her studies lay in initiatives for lecturing on social topics that are in the interest of the Kosovo society where she lives, mark her beginnings as a lecturer at the age of 20.

During her professional career she is focused on: Business development, Development of teaching materials, Personality advancement, experience of communication, professional advocacy activities.

Work Experience

Connected in lectures for about 6 years, in different institutions and organizations. The lecturing experiences have different profiles.

Social issues about students’ rights and negative phenomena in education institutions (primary and secondary schools).
Experience of training in the company during the management and the role of the trainer for about 2 years on the products of Toshiba-Copy, in the representative company of Toshiba Copy in Kosovo.
The development of training manuals for the training center, which I lead for 2 years, includes various topics of professional training.

The best product we can offer in life is what we know. One can be respected for many things, but I like it when students appreciate the sharing of knowledge.
