Veton Xhelili

As a trainer, he is a Master Trainer and has provided training and mentoring for all three levels of training for the candidates or trainees, Workplace Instructor, In-Company Trainer and Master Trainer.

Veton Xhelili is a business developer and lecturer at the Vocational School for ICT Cacttus Education in Prishtina.

He studied at the University of Prishtina at the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering in the Automatics and Electronics field and has completed training and certification at the Administrative and Engineering level by world-renowned manufacturers such as Cisco, Microsoft, Oracle and CompTIA.

In the framework of the project Veton has been involved from the beginning and has provided training for Workplace Instructor candidates, In-Company Trainer candidates and also has mentored candidates for the Master Trainer program.

Work Experience

Veton is a Master Trainer and has provided training and mentoringfor all three levels of training for the candidates or trainees, Workplace Instructor, In-Company Trainer and Master Trainer.

Veton is also a validated and certified Master Trainer, School Leaders and Teacher’s trainer for the British Council 21st Century Schools project since 2017. He also has a long experience of morethan 16 years in the field of ICT training for Microsoft, Cisco and CompTIA as a certified trainer for these vendors

Inspiration to become a trainer

My inspiration to become a trainer was when I had the opportunityto teach and train, to share my knowledge with others and saw that others would benefit from it, the feeling and satisfaction that I feel when I am training is priceless.
